At around midnight, a Salem unit spotted a vehicle flagged in a BOLO traveling south on Route 28.

Officers began tracking the vehicle before initiating a high-risk stop.

Multiple units converged on the area as the vehicle was brought to a stop.

One individual was taken into custody.

State Police later responded and took custody of the individual from the station.

The reason for the BOLO was not broadcast over the air.
